Summary
Step into the sunroom and you are not going anywhere for a while. A reading chair, a bar-top table, morning light through glass — this is where the stay actually begins. The wooded backyard and a jasmine fence line has a solo stove fire pit, and room for kids to actually run. Fully fenced, covered patio, gas grill. Two bedrooms, two baths, private office. Prepared by Delighted Properties.
Space
The Sunday Sunroom House is what it sounds like: a home that invites you to slow down. The glass-enclosed sunroom fills with morning light and is stocked with coffee — it is the first place guests tend to land, and often the last place they leave.
The layout works well for two people, a couple, or a small family.
NOTE: the fresh paint is drying, and the final furniture is still being assembled – so not everything is in the photos yet. We’ll be updating them as the house finishes coming together. It will be all ready for your arrival!
King bedroom. Private en suite with a walk-in shower. Room-darkening shades. A real night of sleep.
