Our entire team focuses on providing homes that feel welcoming, clean, and easy to settle into—whether guests are visiting for a short stay or spending more time in the area.
Our hosting style is centered on clear communication, attention to detail, and being available when guests need support, without being intrusive. What are the check-in and check-out details?
Generally, check-in is as early as 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. We use electronic keypads or smartlocks, so you’ll have your own unique code for your stay. Specific, clear instructions for each property are shared after booking.
Is parking available at the properties?
Parking options vary by property, and details can be found in the listing description. All properties do have dedicated, free parking included for at least 1 vehicle.
Are pets allowed?
Over half of our properties are pet-friendly – you can filter for them on the Listings search page. Maximum number of pets and non-refundable pet fees vary by property.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a Firm Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund issued within 7 days of check-in.
For stays over 29 days: Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
Note: Credit Card processing fees will be subtracted from the refund amount.
