Great question: we put multiple features into place to prevent unauthorized events, but in the event the worst happens we have supplemental insurance to fall back on.

Longer answer: pet-friendly is one of the most searched for amenities in our area, so not taking pets can prevent guests from seeing your property.
We charge a one time set up fee, and then a percent of any reservation based on the monthly occupancy. The higher your occupancy rate, the less we charge you.
